The process takes 2 to 3 hours to complete, including Windows updates, basic program and device installation.

Upgrading to windows 10 preserves your documents, music pictures and programs.

If your computer or laptop is running windows 7 or 8 and has 4 GB of memory and 20GB of storage remaining, a Windows 10 upgrade will work.

Your present Windows 7 or 8 license will be used to activate Windows 10.

They are told to ‘press 1’ on their phone keypad to speak to customer services. But what they are not told is that customer services is, in fact, fraudsters posing as their internet service provider.

A sham employee then sneakily puts time pressure on the customer asking them to act speedily to avoid being disconnected.
